Below you can see the official land registry ownership documents which state the legal owner of each of the 4 parcels of land as Llewelyn James. In 2017 Llewelyn transferred ownership from his company Llewelyn James Investitii SRL into his own personal name, this was done purely for ease of administration as when the plots were originally purchased it was a requirement as a foreigner to do so via a company structure.
This requirement was later dropped after Romania joined the EU and it was therefore easier to manage in his personal name.
